Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our smart-factory site in Rayong, Thailand. You will support the launch and continuous improvement of gasoline injection system production, ensuring high quality and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise relocation activities and ordering of manufacturing equipment according to internal procedures.
• Manage installation schedules, cost tracking and resource allocation for new equipment.
• Coordinate MAE releases, machine/process capability assessments, safety and ergonomics compliance.
• Support EWAK capacity planning during project phases and training planning for the project team.
• Oversee connector series production and maintain manufacturing KPIs for assigned products.
• Lead new model set‑up from SE‑Teamwork to SOP, including engineering change requests and P‑FMEA updates.
• Collaborate with expat staff on control‑plan revisions and 8D problem‑solving activities.
• Assist the manager with assigned tasks and cross‑functional improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience with customer interface.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams in production improvement and complaint management.
• Experience in series production (at least 1 year).
• Strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO quality standards.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
