Manufacturing Digitalization Engineer – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Digitalization Engineer to drive the digital transformation of our plant in Thailand. The role will focus on IT governance, data management and support for IT projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with Bosch standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage governance of plant IT solutions in line with Bosch policies and regulations.
• Develop and standardise data‑management processes together with Data Stewards.
• Identify and resolve issues arising from data self‑evaluation activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to calculate accurate benefits and business cases.
• Support IT project management activities and implementation tasks.
• Assist plant leadership with essential ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
