Site Electrical Engineer – Consultant Delivery Management

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Site Electrical Engineer to join its Built Environment team in Bangkok. You will work on a variety of infrastructure projects, providing electrical engineering expertise from design review through construction and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Team Leader or Project Manager.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and procedures.
• Coordinate design information with designers.
• Conduct site supervision and attend site meetings.
• Ensure compliance with technical aspects of the construction contract.
• Record defects, issue them to contractors and follow up on rectifications.
• Review and coordinate proposed construction or M&E installations.
• Attend and review testing and commissioning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Associate or Professional Electrical Engineer licence (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical building services, especially data centre projects.
• Strong English communication skills (report, letter, email).
• TOEIC score of at least 500.
