System Security Officer & Security Operations Officer (2-Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a System Security Officer to protect the company’s systems and data on a daily basis. This 2‑year contract role offers hands‑on experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and security automation while working closely with senior team members and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data protection, endpoint protection, and email security systems to prevent leaks, malware, and phishing attacks.
• Act as the primary contact for the group‑level Security Operations Center (SOC) alerts and requests.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate, respond to, and resolve security incidents promptly.
• Help design and improve automation tools, including AI‑based solutions, to accelerate security monitoring and response.
• Document incidents, alerts, and daily security operations tasks, and produce regular reports.
• Track open issues, follow up, and escalate to senior team members when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a security‑related role (SOC, security operations, monitoring, or internship).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Thai and English.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Python scripting (or similar automation language).
• Incident response and security monitoring techniques.
• Basic knowledge of networking, email systems, and endpoint protection concepts.
