Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Temporary Contract until Dec 26

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our automotive manufacturing hub in Rayong, Thailand. This temporary contract runs until 26 December and focuses on sourcing and hiring technical and commercial talent for our growing plant and R&D centre.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, quality, production, technical sales, account management and aftermarket sales positions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, networking and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview candidates and coordinate offers.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews assessing technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Stay informed on automotive industry trends and talent market dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting in the automotive or auto‑parts sector.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as engineers, quality specialists and production staff.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates from OEMs, Tier‑1/2 suppliers and aftermarket businesses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
