Intern, Lifecycle & Retention Marketing (Disney+) - Jan to Jun 2027

About the role

The Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Intern is part of the Growth Marketing team within Disney+'s Direct-To-Consumer and International (DTCI) business. The intern drives customer engagement and retention by developing, setting up and optimising campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value KPIs. The role is office-based in Bangkok and supports the Disney+ Lifecycle and Retention team across Thailand and the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and run campaigns across email, push and in-app channels
• Help plan and develop the marketing calendar with the team
• Work with creative teams to obtain campaign assets and brief creative agencies on copy angles
• Deliver test-and-learn scenarios that generate actionable insights for future optimisation
• Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Work with the Lifecycle team to find ways to drive business metrics and with regional lifecycle leads on automated campaign ideas, rollout and maintenance
• Champion new customer engagement and retention approaches and propose new concepts

Required profile

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Communications, Media, Business or a related field
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Available for full-time, on-site work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, from January to June 2027
• Ability to indicate start and end dates and expected graduation date in the resume

Required skills

• Fluent Thai and English, with strong writing and speaking
• Basic understanding of marketing and subscription business is a plus
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and strong analytical and numerical skills
