Marketing Manager - Mobile and PC Games

About the role

Tencent's Level Infinite, the global gaming brand and game publisher, is hiring a Marketing Manager based in Bangkok. The role plans and executes marketing initiatives for mobile and PC game titles in Thailand, focusing on player awareness, engagement and growth through integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative and well known of the local gaming market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Thailand market for mobile and PC games.
• Support go-to-market planning for game launches, updates, seasonal content and live-service initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, community, PR, product) and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social and offline channels.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance, player behaviour and market trends and share insights to optimise future initiatives.
• Keep marketing activities aligned with global brand guidelines while staying locally relevant.

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in gaming, entertainment or digital.
• Strong understanding of mobile and PC gaming audiences in Thailand.
• Experience managing digital and social media campaigns.
• Good analytical skills and strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with live-service games is a plus.
