Accountant

About the role

Data Wow Co., Ltd. is hiring a full-time Accountant based in Pathum Wan, Bangkok. The role covers core accounting and bookkeeping, tax compliance and legal review, and ad-hoc financial support for management.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial transactions across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare, collate and translate AP documentation, including payments to suppliers, staff and third parties
• Manage AR workflows: invoicing, receipting, credit control and check collection
• Prepare payment vouchers and checks, and reconcile petty cash
• Track fixed assets and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reporting
• Prepare monthly tax returns and reports, including VAT (PP30, PP36), withholding tax (PND3, PND53, PND54) and corporate income tax
• Monitor BOI-related tax transactions and liaise with the external accounting firm on tax, VAT and legal matters
• Review customer and vendor agreements from a financial and compliance perspective
• Support management with ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an Accountant
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and understanding of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations
• Ability to translate and prepare accounting documentation accurately

Required skills

• High proficiency in PEAK or similar cloud accounting software (FlowAccount, Express, etc.)
• Experience with BOI privileges, compliance and reporting (strong working knowledge of BOI regulations is also acceptable)
