Chinese-Speaking Finance Manager, Bangkok

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is hiring a Chinese-speaking Finance Manager based in Bangkok. The role is fully responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, treasury and internal controls, and for overseeing cross-border operations, project investments and joint ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial strategic planning, budget management, treasury and internal control systems
• Apply Thai Accounting Standards and tax regulations, leading tax planning and compliance
• Set up financial analysis and early-warning mechanisms to support strategic decisions
• Oversee cross-border operations, project investments, joint ventures and multi-project fund flows, including risk management
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities and CPA firms

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• 8+ years of finance or accounting experience, including 3+ years as Finance Head, Finance Manager or equivalent
• Familiarity with Thai Accounting Standards, tax regulations and corporate financial management; cross-border, investment, JV or multi-project finance experience preferred
• Thai CPA qualification, tax certification or experience with licensed CPA firms preferred
• Business communication in Chinese, Thai or English preferred; strong professional ethics
