Analyst / Senior Analyst, Pricing Optimization (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda's Performance Marketing Team, which is highly data-driven and focused on at-scale marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value, is hiring an Analyst or Senior Analyst for pricing optimization in Bangkok, with relocation provided. The role sits within a team of analysts, marketing strategists and data scientists.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with pricing strategies across different traffic sources and segments, adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests
• Analyze large volumes of experiment data, build predictive models using data science techniques (for example demand elasticity from pricing optimization) and work with product teams on implementation roadmaps
• Build dashboards to track performance, derive insights, identify growth levers and present recommendations to stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or science
• Fluent English
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing global tech company
• Good numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity

Required skills

• Experience with data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA or SQL
• Proficiency in Excel
• Nice to have: digital marketing experience and academic research experience
