Client Sales Executive (Telesales)

About the role

A Client Sales Executive is needed in Bangkok to generate sales for the company, mainly by closing deals over the phone and keeping good customer relationships. The role also promotes the brand image of Motorist through professional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers and dealers
• Understand client needs and present offers and deals by phone, giving advice on available solutions
• Manage and follow through the entire sales process
• Promote a positive brand image through high-quality customer service and professionalism
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and support future sales

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in telesales
• Experience as a telesales representative or in other sales/customer service roles, with successful achievement of sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-focused and highly self-motivated with a strong positive mindset
• Outstanding verbal communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette and a personable, friendly tone of voice

Required skills

• Good knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems
• Good command of English
