Client Service Representative (Thailand)

About the role

Sonoco is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join its Client Service team in Thailand. The CSR handles day-to-day client account management and delivers excellent customer service, supporting the daily and development activities of junior staff on the assigned client account.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Customer Service team with all support needed for the designated customer account so that Trident meets its KPIs and RTP targets.
• Clarify client requirements using the right communication channels while managing client expectations around timelines.
• Apply Trident's generic and customer-specific standard working practices (SWP) to process pre-artwork build activities using Trident and client artwork management tools.
• Produce and update tracking documents, alerting the account lead when delivery timing becomes a concern.
• Schedule production resources where directed and release completed products on agreed timelines.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for client billing.
• Coach, mentor and support the development of junior staff on the account, and raise issues with relevant team members to promote best practice.
• Support the Management team by investigating process improvements and recommending changes, and help introduce technology changes through system testing.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in print and/or packaging knowledge.
• 2-3 years of experience servicing client accounts.
• Thai language capability, due to the geographical requirements of the role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Project management skills in managing accounts end to end.
• Knowledge of print and packaging.
