About the role
Cesna Recruitment is hiring a Deputy Factory Manager for a Thailand factory in the automotive parts industry, based in Laem Chabang. The role supports the Chinese-appointed factory manager and covers production delivery, quality and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee production delivery at the Thailand factory, covering manufacturing, processes, equipment, quality control and logistics.
- Liaise with clients to address customer-side issues or coordinate with headquarters on quality and delivery matters.
Required profile
- Thai national, proficient in both Thai and Mandarin.
- More than three years of experience in automotive parts quality management and production delivery oversight.
- Decisive and proactive in problem-solving.
- Experience in the automotive parts industry, with client relations skills and ability to resolve customer-facing quality issues.
