Senior Project Manager - Robotics & Automation

About the role

Botsync is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead robotics and automation projects from planning through deployment. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee timelines and budgets and deliver automation solutions across multiple projects, including end-to-end execution across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of robotics and automation projects across Asia, on time and within scope and budget
• Bridge technical teams and stakeholders, driving alignment, communication and execution
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments and status reports
• Coordinate engineering, design and software teams, and communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and dependencies, and drive technical decisions aligned with business goals
• Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors and partners, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Monitor progress and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of project management experience, including 8+ years in robotics/automation such as AMRs/AGVs
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Willingness to travel to customer locations, domestically and overseas as needed

Required skills

• Understanding of robotics systems, control systems and software development
• Hands-on experience with robotics hardware and software integration
• Project management and reporting tools such as Jira and MS Project
• Leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
