Front Line Manager - F&A - R2R 4C

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Front Line Manager for its finance and accounting (F&A) function, covering record-to-report (R2R) processes. The role is based in Bangkok (Silom Edge) and involves overseeing the accuracy of financial records, month-end and year-end closing, and leading the financial accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards across the organization.
• Oversee the preparation of journal entries and manage month-end and year-end closing so that financial reporting is timely and accurate.
• Generate and review financial statements for legal entities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales and depreciation.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure account accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategies for financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the financial accounting team, promoting accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
• Certifications such as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
• English at upper-intermediate level (B2).
