About the role

The Innovation Program Coordinator will support the Innovation Space at Learn Satit Pattana School, ensuring smooth operations, logistics, and instructional assistance for maker‑focused learning activities.

Key responsibilities

Source specialized parts such as filaments, boards, and hardware, and maintain vendor relationships.
Manage the Innovation Space facility, scheduling use to avoid overcrowding and minimizing equipment downtime.
Coordinate with academic faculties for cross‑curricular projects and act as a substitute teacher delivering pre‑planned innovation lessons.
Perform basic resets on 3D printers and assist students with simple hardware troubleshooting.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
1–2 years of administrative or assistant experience, preferably in an educational or maker environment.

Required skills

High proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel.
Basic knowledge of 3D printer operation and hardware troubleshooting.
