Logistics Sourcing Planner

About the role

As a Logistics Sourcing Planner you will support Bosch's smart factory in Thailand by ensuring the timely availability of raw materials for production. You will work closely with suppliers, internal planners and customs authorities to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze raw‑material requirements in the MRP system based on production plans.
• Place orders with suppliers, monitor shipments and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and track stock against targets.
• Coordinate customs clearance with the BOI department, forwarders and external warehouses.
• Develop long‑term material forecasts in collaboration with production and customer planners.
• Enter and validate data in SAP to ensure accurate cost and procurement reporting.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and propose procurement enhancements.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in material procurement, production planning or supply‑chain management.
• Strong analytical, logical and systematic thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
