Marketing Analytics Analyst – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda’s Marketing team is data‑driven and builds measurable programs to increase customer lifetime value. The Marketing Analytics Analyst (or Senior Analyst/Associate Manager) will work in Bangkok, designing experiments, building models and delivering insights that optimise campaign performance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor, Trivago and other search engines.
• Develop predictive models and analyse large‑scale experiment data to understand impacts on bookings, TV campaign performance and pricing elasticity.
• Build dashboards, track performance, derive insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders through presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑crunching experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business for a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to move fast, make decisions based on objective evidence, and take ownership of impact.
