Online Commerce & Experience Deputy Department Manager

About the role

Lead the growth of online course sales and student acquisition for OnDemand Education, a key pillar of LEARN Corporation. You will shape the e‑commerce strategy, optimise the digital student journey and drive performance across multiple marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive online course revenue, new student acquisition and retention targets across digital platforms.
• Manage advertising investment, optimise spend efficiency and continuously reduce customer acquisition cost.
• Lead the performance marketing team across SEM/SEO, display, social, affiliate and other channels.
• Enhance the end‑to‑end online student journey to improve funnel conversion and subscription renewal.
• Define media mix, budget allocation and campaign mechanics for all key channels.
• Collaborate with Commercial Marketing, Academic, Sales, Telesales and Product teams to deliver an omni‑channel growth strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to lead performance marketing teams with strategic vision and hands‑on execution.
