Online Experience Manager (Organic & Online Infrastructure)

About the role

Lead the optimisation of LEARN Corporation’s online sales journey and digital presence. You will co‑develop the company website, drive SEO strategy, and shape a data‑driven digital roadmap that enhances customer experience across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise the sales journey using A/B testing, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
• Co‑develop and manage the business website (e‑commerce & info site), covering project scoping, UX/UI design and technical operations.
• Establish and execute a content strategy to engage target audiences, build brand reputation and support lead generation.
• Build and oversee a data‑driven digital roadmap to improve customer experience across corporate website, social media and other digital channels.
• Develop and manage SEO strategies (on‑site & off‑site) to increase organic traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Support online marketing campaigns, create landing pages, microsites and tracking mechanisms.
• Manage marketing tools and platforms such as CDP, CRM and ERP.
• Prepare performance reports, analyse results and recommend continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, content management or campaign management, preferably in education.
• Strong critical‑thinking, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities to communicate across teams and stakeholders.

Required skills

• SEO (on‑site and off‑site) expertise.
• Web analytics and A/B testing.
• Experience with digital platform management and content strategy.
