Social Media and Community Specialist (OnDemand)

About the role

The Social Media and Community Specialist will build and maintain the social media presence for LEARN Corporation’s OnDemand Education brands, creating original content, running campaigns, and engaging with influencers and the online community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
• Create platform‑specific written, visual, and video content that is on‑brand and optimized for reach.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to support brand campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Manage the online community by responding to comments, moderating discussions, and ensuring a respectful environment.
• Oversee customer service interactions on social channels to provide timely, helpful responses.
• Monitor KPIs, track competitors, and analyze campaign results to improve future strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Proven ability to build and grow social media communities across platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, influencer engagement, and platform trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal collaboration and external influencer relations.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of design and media production principles.
• Experience using analytics tools to measure and report campaign performance.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
