About the role

Skooldio, a leading talent transformation unit of LEARN Corporation, is seeking an Operations & Bootcamp Organizer to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of its bootcamp programmes in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

Oversee venue selection (virtual or physical), vendor procurement, master scheduling, and budget allocation.
Liaise with trainers, speakers, and subject‑matter experts to sequence curriculum and finalize materials.
Drive attendee onboarding workflows, real‑time troubleshooting, and post‑bootcamp engagement.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven background in event organization, training logistics, or bootcamp operations.
Track record of achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from participants.
Ability to execute 100% of bootcamp sessions on schedule while adhering strictly to budget limits with zero unapproved overruns.
