Process Engineer

About the role

Michelin Asia Pacific (Thailand) is looking for a Process Engineer to join its Quality Team. The team ensures products consistently meet customer expectations and manufacturing standards by driving quality performance, managing risks and fostering continuous improvement across the production process. The role sits within the manufacturing operations and supports operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality performance and continuous improvement, ensuring products and processes meet defined quality standards within the assigned area.
• Monitor product and process performance, identify quality risks and lead corrective actions on non-conformities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Promote quality standards and best practices, working with production and support teams to apply Michelin Manufacturing Way principles and quality methodologies.
• Monitor and improve quality performance indicators, and ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures and manufacturing requirements.
• Manage product and process non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Production or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality, process engineering, manufacturing or related environments; new graduates with strong analytical capabilities are also welcome.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication in Thai and English.

Required skills

• Preferred: experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Preferred: knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement or root cause analysis methodologies.
