Product Brand Management Manager (Rx)

About the role

Haleon, a consumer health company with brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin and Centrum, is looking for a Product Brand Management Manager (Rx). You will be responsible for select core brands in the portfolio, overseeing the deployment of global strategies and executing across the marketing mix to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual market activation planning focused on 3-year growth drivers, working with a brand-centric cross-functional team
• Own the annual brand P&L, including sales and profit results, and manage budget items
• Build brand equity by deploying and localizing global toolkits
• Run the global innovation vision board
• Manage agency and cross-functional relationships locally to deliver breakthrough results
• Drive execution of media, creative development and digital programs
• Work with the sales team to strengthen customer engagement and in-store support

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of brand marketing or commercial management experience
• Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications that grow brand share
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• FMCG / Consumer Health Care / OTC experience preferred

• Master's degree
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with global teams
• Strong financial capability and business acumen
