Product & Pricing Analyst

About the role

The Product & Pricing Analyst will act as a strategic bridge between data‑driven risk assessment and commercial execution, driving product profitability and market competitiveness for APRIL International’s health insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Structure pricing frameworks for individual and SME accounts, manage rate books and conduct annual product revamps.
• Develop and automate pricing models, Excel‑based quote engines and premium tables, and create standardized analysis templates.
• Negotiate structured pricing and plan designs with insurers and communicate analysis results to sales and management teams.
• Support strategic portfolio projects, including transfers and new business assessments.

Required profile

• Ability to build insurance pricing models and underwriting frameworks.
• Experience automating processes and strong numerical analysis using claims, risk and benchmark data.
• Fluent English communication with solid cross‑functional negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable and comfortable managing fast‑paced portfolio changes.
