Regional Payment Officer

About the role

APRIL International is seeking a Regional Payment Officer to support its growing operations in Asia. The role involves handling claim reimbursements, recording customer payments, and providing administrative support within the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record claim reimbursements accurately in company business systems.
• Record customer payments received via bank transfers in the business system.
• Monitor and manage enquiries received through the shared inbox, responding promptly and escalating when necessary.
• Provide administrative support and complete ad‑hoc tasks to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English; French is an advantage.
• High level of honesty, integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office applications and email.
