Program Coordinator

About the role

Join EduSmith, a study‑abroad consultancy within LEARN Corporation, to support students in planning and executing their international education journeys. You will act as a central liaison between students, parents, and strategic advisors, ensuring smooth program delivery and successful university applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Strategic Advisors in coordinating quarterly strategy meetings and monthly catch‑up sessions with students and parents.
• Monitor academic standing, test‑prep schedules, extracurricular progress, and maintain accurate student records.
• Research and recommend competitions, extracurriculars, and profile‑building opportunities aligned with each student’s target universities.
• Coach students through social‑impact projects, coordinating with expert coaches and NGO partners.
• Track homework progress, provide guidance, and manage reminders for deadlines, events, and document submissions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact via Line groups, responding to queries and supporting smooth transitions into university application counseling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with university admissions processes in the US, UK, Canada, and other major study destinations.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Student‑focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay current with trends in international education and admissions.
