Project Engineer – Food & Pharma

About the role

This role will be responsible for managing customer projects to ensure contract fulfillment, including technical, time plan, cost control, resource/supply chain management, site supervision, commissioning and start‑up. You will design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.

Key responsibilities

• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and control costs to avoid deviation.
• Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project.
• Liaise with other operational areas (e.g., engineering, technical) to secure specialized resources.
• Select and manage activities of outside contractors to ensure integration and satisfactory service.
• Supervise on‑site project activities and participate in commissioning and start‑up with service engineers.
• Manage troubleshooting during the warranty period.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project management.
• Engineering background is required.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Agile problem‑solver with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication in Thai and English.
