Research Intern – Thailand

About the role

The BowerGroupAsia Thailand team is looking for a motivated Research Intern to support policy and business analysis in Bangkok. You will work closely with senior consultants to deliver timely insights on political and economic developments that affect our multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on key policy and political developments in Thailand.
• Monitor business and investment sector issues, including government policies, regulatory changes, industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Analyse the corporate, regulatory and political implications of new laws and regulations.
• Prepare concise, actionable memos and reports for clients and internal leaders.
• Provide ad‑hoc research support as required.

Required profile

• Business‑level English and fluent Thai with excellent written and oral communication in both languages.
• Strong research and analytical abilities and familiarity with sectors such as healthcare, ICT, finance, natural resources, manufacturing and banking.
• Understanding of Thailand’s political‑economic environment and its impact on business.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree program.
