SAP S/4HANA Officer – 1 Year Contract (Open to Fresh Graduates)

About the role

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Officer to support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA within our warehouse operations at Bosch’s smart factory in Rayong, Thailand. The position is a 1‑year fixed‑term contract and is open to recent graduates as well as candidates with up to three years of logistics experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the SAP S/4HANA rollout project for warehouse processes.
• Conduct system testing in both test and production environments to verify functionality and stability.
• Create, maintain, and register work‑instruction documents for new warehouse procedures.
• Deliver training and guidance to end‑users to ensure proper system usage.
• Support post‑go‑live process stabilization and address any operational issues.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager or project manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse environments (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and training material.
• Capacity to work under project timelines and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA (knowledge or hands‑on experience).
