Senior Corporate Communications & Government Affairs Officer

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Communications & Government Affairs Officer to support its engagement in Thailand. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications and Government Affairs, you will help shape public‑affairs initiatives and represent Bosch’s interests with government, industry and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the reporting manager in delivering Government Affairs Thailand’s strategic priorities and ensure alignment with senior leadership.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies with government bodies, industry associations and other stakeholders to support Bosch’s business and regulatory objectives.
• Monitor, analyse and act on emerging macro‑economic, trade, political and regulatory trends affecting the company.
• Represent Bosch in building relationships with officials, chambers, embassies and relevant organisations.
• Prepare briefs and supporting materials to inform internal and external stakeholders on policy positions.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on interactions with government entities to achieve strategic alignment.
• Support thought‑leadership initiatives and coordinate executive engagements with key government officials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, public affairs or government relations, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Thailand’s political, regulatory and trade landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to build and maintain high‑level relationships.
• Analytical mindset to identify and interpret policy developments and their business impact.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
