Senior Sales Manager (Bangkok Based)

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is looking for a Bangkok-based Senior Sales Manager to secure room business for Four Seasons Resorts Thailand (Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and Tented Camp Golden Triangle). The role engages B2B and B2C travel partners across Retail, Discount, Wholesale and Group segments to maximise revenue and profit. The position reports to the Senior Director of Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit and secure business with travel partners in identified markets using prospecting resources.
• Manage a portfolio of travel partners across group segments without conflict with WSO efforts.
• Be agile between the travel industry and FIT segments as business needs change.
• Run business development initiatives, lead generation and sales development plans with clear goals for the assigned territory.
• Use company-wide programs, sales developments, prospecting projects, WSO customer events and reporting.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals, including sales calls, prospecting calls and entertainment.
• Generate potential P2P leads for sister properties and the company.
• Schedule activities, meet deadlines, and run sales calls and trips within budget and compliance.
• Maintain clean sales data (accounts, contacts, bookings) to Four Seasons standards.
• Use automated sales and reservation systems such as Opera for group, corporate and travel business.
• Take part in sales, pipeline and leadership meetings as required.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of previous Sales Manager experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills, understanding of business objectives.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Professional attitude toward sales goals, emotional maturity in feedback, creativity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to attend travel-trade events and business meetings as needed.
• Work authorization for the location is required.

• Experience with inbound MICE is preferred
