Senior School Development Manager

About the role

Lead the planning, design, and management of after‑school courses and activities at Learn Satit Pattana School. Work closely with parents, teachers, and external partners to deliver engaging extracurricular programs that support student development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage after‑school courses, special events, and activities for children.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, staff, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Negotiate and collaborate with external partners to develop and launch new programs, analyzing costs and proposals.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial administration related to courses and activities.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing school extracurricular activities.
• Strong proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Ability to advise the team on planning and budgeting matters.

Required skills

• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using Canva for design.
