Store Manager - Luxury Fashion Boutique

About the role

A leading global luxury fashion house, which in Thailand serves high-net-worth local clients, expatriates and international visitors through boutiques in key luxury destinations, is hiring a Store Manager for its ICONSIAM boutique in Bangkok. The role leads a team of about 40 people and is accountable for outstanding client experiences, commercial results and the brand's high standards of service, presentation and operations. It is a replacement position effective November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead boutique performance: set priorities, drive the team toward business objectives and monitor results.
• Deliver personalized, discreet and consistent service and build lasting relationships with local and international clients.
• Manage, coach and develop about 15 employees, supporting onboarding, development, performance feedback and succession planning.
• Strengthen selling practices and help the team serve clients across product categories.
• Maintain high standards for presentation, daily routines, stock handling, security and compliance with company procedures.
• Protect the brand's values, heritage and image in all client and team interactions.
• Work with local and regional stakeholders and use feedback to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Substantial retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion, premium retail or another high-touch client environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a team in a boutique or similar setting.
• Commercial mindset with experience turning objectives into practical team actions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, expatriates and international visitors.
• Fluency in English and Thai is preferred; other languages are an advantage.
• Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
