About the role
The Strategic Initiatives Manager leads end‑to‑end projects that drive growth and efficiency for Agoda's Travel Distribution business. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Tech, Marketing, Supply, Legal, Finance and other functions, you will shape ideas into measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Ideate, build business cases and implement new commercial initiatives or product features.
- Drive revenue‑optimization experiments, pricing and content improvements.
- Support account‑management teams with tools, documentation and streamlined processes.
- Manage commercial terms, incentives and API connectivity roll‑outs for partners.
- Maintain credit‑risk controls, SLAs and governance frameworks with major stakeholders.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience leading cross‑functional strategy or program initiatives.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with hands‑on data handling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and fluent English communication.
- Independent, self‑driven and able to adapt quickly to change.
