About the role
The role is responsible for overall sales performance and customer relationship management for a small portfolio of accounts in Thailand.
Key responsibilities
- Overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and performance of a small portfolio.
- Manage assigned customers and budget, pursuing and securing business in line with objectives.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
- Research the territory to establish contacts with potential customers and analyse competitive and industry trends.
- Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and maintain excellent quality.
