About the role
Bangkok Bank is seeking a dedicated professional to lead its Wealth Sales Management function. The role focuses on driving performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and supporting the growth of the bank's wealth portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the wealth sales team on a regular basis.
- Analyze sales data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that sales goals are consistently achieved and aligned with business objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking combined with sales management.
- Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations using standard presentation tools.
