AI Automation Specialist (Hybrid, Bangkok)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain AI‑driven automation workflows that boost operational efficiency across our financial/FX business. The role is based in Bangkok with a hybrid schedule (four days onsite, one day remote).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain AI‑powered automation workflows for multiple departments.
• Identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks, then implement scalable automation solutions.
• Create internal AI assistants, chatbots, and knowledge tools for policies, SOPs, FAQs, and operational support.
• Automate recurring reports, approval flows, notifications, and other internal processes.
• Integrate APIs, databases, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and communication platforms into unified workflows.
• Build automated data pipelines and productivity tools for business use cases.
• Implement AI‑based document extraction and data processing solutions.
• Monitor workflow reliability, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve existing systems.
• Document workflows, SOPs, and usage guidelines while collaborating closely with business teams.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent self‑taught portfolio.
• Hands‑on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience with modern AI development tools (e.g., Codex, Claude) and LLM API integrations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Python and solid SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and relational databases.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent work mindset.
• Startup or fintech exposure is a plus.
