Analyst / Senior Analyst – Pricing Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team in Bangkok as an Analyst or Senior Analyst focused on pricing marketing. You will work with a data‑driven group that designs and optimizes large‑scale campaigns across search and social platforms, helping to increase customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Test, analyze and optimize display campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Analyze experiment data, develop optimization models and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Exposure to data analysis tools or databases (SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL).
• Strong numerical reasoning and proficiency in Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for digital marketing.
