Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Associate Manager to lead Marketing Strategy in Bangkok. You will work with a data‑driven Performance Marketing team to design, test, and optimise campaigns across search and social platforms while building analytical models that drive customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines.
• Test, analyse, and optimise display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and similar channels.
• Analyse large experiment datasets, develop optimisation models and create dashboards for account managers.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists and marketers to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations at a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.
