Analyst / Senior Analyst, Pricing Marketing (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda's Performance Marketing team is looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst in pricing marketing, based in Bangkok with relocation provided. The team is highly data-driven and builds at-scale marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value through measurable programs and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Search: experiment with text ads, bidding and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines, and adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
• Display: test, analyse and optimise campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other platforms.
• Modelling: analyse the large volumes of data generated by experiments, develop models used for optimisation and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or science.
• Fluent English.
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing global tech company.
• Good numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.

Required skills

• Exposure to data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA or SQL.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Nice to have: digital marketing experience and academic research experience.
