Marketing Analytics and Strategy Analyst (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda's Performance Marketing Team is a highly data-driven group focused on building at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of customers. It is looking for an Analyst, Marketing Analytics and Strategy based in Bangkok, with relocation provided. The team combines analysts, marketing strategists and data scientists.

Key responsibilities

• Search: experiment with text ads, bidding and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines, and adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
• Display: test, analyze and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other platforms.
• Modeling: analyze the large volumes of data generated by experiments, develop models used for optimization and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or science.
• Fluent English communication.
• Good numerical reasoning skills.
• Intellectual curiosity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Nice to have: exposure to data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA or SQL.
• Nice to have: experience in digital marketing and academic research experience.
