About the role
Join Nike Retail as an Assistant Head Coach, supporting the Store Leader in delivering exceptional product knowledge and customer experiences. You will help drive sales, merchandising, and operations while fostering a high‑energy team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Store Leader in managing store functions such as sales, merchandising, operations, and accounting.
- Supervise daily activities of business support staff, set priorities, and ensure task completion.
- Recruit, hire, and develop talent to maintain a diverse and energetic workforce.
- Prepare statistical and narrative reports on store activities and coordinate with visual and maintenance teams as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years retail experience, or 5 years retail experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience, including coaching, counseling, and developing people.
- Ability to lead high‑level customer service and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
