Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Associate Manager to lead marketing strategy within its Performance Marketing team. The role focuses on data‑driven search, display, and modeling initiatives to improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Test, analyze, and optimise display campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Analyse experimental data, develop optimisation models and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science) from a top university.
• 4+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations for a fast‑growing tech company.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS, VBA, SQL.
• Strong numerical reasoning and Excel expertise.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and campaign optimisation.
