Senior Analyst, Pricing Optimization (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team as a Senior Analyst focused on pricing optimization. You will work in a data‑driven environment, experimenting with pricing strategies across traffic segments and collaborating with product teams to implement successful tests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on pricing strategies, adapting to new product features and scaling successful tests.
• Analyze large datasets from experiments, develop predictive models to understand demand elasticity, and provide road‑maps for product implementation.
• Build dashboards, track performance metrics, derive insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or science.
• 2+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong numerical reasoning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages: Python, SAS, R, SPSS, VBA, SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
