AVP – Sales (Pet Food)

About the role

HRnetOne is recruiting an Associate Vice President of Sales for its Pet Food business in Thailand. The role leads sales operations across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and Pet Food channels, drives sales targets and profitability, and develops the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall sales strategies and business plans for the Pet Food business.
• Lead sales operations across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and Pet Food channels.
• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, revenue and profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Manage key customers, distributors and strategic business partners.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage and distribution.
• Work with Marketing and Trade Marketing on promotions, campaigns and market activities.
• Manage sales forecasting, budget planning and gross-profit targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer performance and competitors, and report regularly to senior management.
• Work with Logistics, Supply Chain, Production and other functions to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 10+ years of sales management experience, preferably in FMCG, Food or Pet Food.
• Strong experience managing TT, MT, distributor and/or Pet Food channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Good command of English preferred.
