Sales Engineer – Packaging Machines

About the role

HRnetOne is recruiting a Sales Engineer for packaging machines in Thailand. The role combines business development with technical support: finding new customers, keeping existing ones satisfied, and giving hands-on technical advice on site.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Identify sales opportunities and propose suitable technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Visit customers, give product presentations, provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and sales reports accurately and on time.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, seminars and customer events to promote products and follow market trends.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B machinery or capital equipment sales (packaging, plastic processing, injection molding or industrial equipment).
• Hands-on exposure to packaging technologies.
• Proven track record of working with plant managers, maintenance leads and procurement teams.

Required skills

• Strong technical literacy, including on-site factory measurements and audits.
• Good command of English (TOEIC 750+).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
