B2B Digital Marketing Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s B2B Digital Marketing team in Bangkok to design, execute, and optimise data‑driven marketing campaigns for global partners. You will work closely with commercial, product, data and regional marketing teams to deliver scalable solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to assess the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns and pricing optimisation.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualisations and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• Minimum 2 years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business roles within a fast‑growing tech environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA and SQL.
• Experience using visualisation platforms like Tableau and PowerBI.
