B2B Marketing Manager (Thailand)

About the role

Tencent Cloud, part of the Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG), is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager in Thailand. The role drives Tencent Cloud's growth through end-to-end event marketing, lead generation and ecosystem engagement, covering both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution of webinars, exhibitions and partnership initiatives. It works closely with sales and global teams to tailor sales enablement assets, localise go-to-market strategies and manage social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing to grow Tencent Cloud's B2B business in local markets, aligning event marketing plans with business objectives.
• Organise local webinars, events and exhibitions and proactively pursue local partnerships, sponsorships and awards.
• Drive lead generation and follow up promptly to maximise ROI.
• Manage local social media pages and build brand visibility.
• Work with sales teams to build a sales playbook and with global teams to use global event resources consistently.
• Act as project lead for major global marketing events, coordinating stakeholders end to end.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of B2B event marketing experience in cloud or technology, with strong exposure to the local market.
• Proven track record of B2B event campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and performance channels.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the local language; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment and able to build from the ground up.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with a strategic, sales-oriented mindset.
