Branch Manager - Service Sales & Operations

About the role

GEA is looking for a Branch Manager in Nakhon Si Thammarat who will lead both service sales and service operations for Separators and Decanters. The role covers the service sales budget and gross margin, customer relationships, workshop management and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Service sales: manage the service sales budget and gross margin, follow up spare parts and service quotations, and monitor accounts receivable
• Promote SLA and renewals for expiring SLAs, and plan regular customer visits to strengthen relationships with existing and new customers in the territory
• Act as the main contact for service-related commercial activities for Separators and Decanters, and support new-machine sales with technical support and on-site meetings
• Service operation: deliver high-quality service, ensure efficient use of field service engineers and continuous improvement of their competencies
• Monitor overhaul execution and job reporting, evaluate field service reports and identify selling opportunities such as service recommendations, plant retrofits and upgrades
• Control stock levels, prepare the annual service department budget and capital appropriation, and make clear agreements with internal and external parties while ensuring compliance and safety
• Keep the workshop fully functional and equipped, and manage and improve its assets, tools and methods of work

Required profile

• At least 3 to 5 years of managing responsibility in a similar industry
• Experience in servicing, engineering, site installation or commissioning is an advantage
• Knowledge of application sectors such as palm oil, environmental or food is an advantage
• Good oral, written and presentation skills in English
